Hurricane Ida tore through Grand Isle, Louisiana this August leaving extreme damage and destruction in its wake. For Spring Break, we will join Fr. Andrews’ good friend Fr. Mark Toups (pastor of Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Church) and serve alongside his community as they continue their recovery efforts.
We will leave Omaha on Friday afternoon and return on Wednesday evening.
Each day will include work, prayer, and great meals together! While the exact work is not certain it will likely include manual labor. Participants should be in good physical health.
The cost is $200 and includes flights, housing, and meals. Meals on travel days (Friday and Wednesday) are not included. The cost has been greatly subsidized by the generosity of our benefactors.
This mission trip is limited to 10 students! Due to the limited number of spots, the $200 non-refundable payment is due at the time of registration.
