JPII Newman is off-campus housing and home to over 150 residents from different Omaha-area colleges. We also welcome non-residents into our community! Join hundreds of other college students in to have fun, make friends, and grow in your faith!

All units offer single bedrooms with shared common spaces. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pricing

New for the 2024-25 leasing term, we will be offering a limited number of academic 9-month leases to applicants. Our standard option is a 12 month lease. For seniors graduating in the current academic year, there are custom leases available.
